About the event
We invite you to come and taste the fruits of our labor as we finally release our Danger Bird beer, a collaborative effort between Surly Brewing Co and Rule #1 Hospitality. Surly's head brewer, Ben Smith, crafted a cocktail-inspired Belgian style table beer based on the classic Jungle Bird cocktail, complete with a lime, pineapple, blood orange, and bitter orange peel infusion, premium hops, and white oak honeycomb. This low ABV, fruited Belgian ale is a perfect blend of tropical flavors and dry notes on the back end, leaving you wanting more. This beer will be available for a limited time only at Merchant and our sister restaurants, Lucille and Amara!
